Sergio Ezama

Prior to joining Netflix, Sergio Ezama built his career over more than twenty years at PepsiCo, where he began in 2001. During his tenure, he held senior roles across the United States, Europe, Sub-Saharan Africa, and Latin America. This multi-regional experience provided him with a unique perspective on how people perform across diverse work environments, while maintaining a strong focus on business priorities.

At PepsiCo, he served as Global Talent Leader and led Human Resources for several international operations. His hallmark has consistently been transforming organizations to become more agile and performance-driven, positioning culture as a central pillar of business strategy.

Sergio Ezama holds a law degree and a Master’s in Legal Practice and Human Resources Management from the University of Deusto. He also earned a Master’s in Health and Safety Management from the European Institute of Health and Social Welfare and is a graduate of the General Management Program at Harvard Business School.
