Julieta Manzano

As a conference speaker, she has become known for such topics of interest for Human Resources as compensation, the future of work and non monetary rewards, amongst others, and is a speaker in Mexico and the United States.  In addition, Julieta actively collaborates in such media outlets as Radio Fórmula, Foro TV, Mundo Ejecutivo, Expansión, Forbes and El Economista.

Manzano is a graduate of ITAM [the Autonomous Technical Institute of Mexico] with a B.A. in Business Administration and holds a Masters in International Management and a diploma in Organizational Development, as well as an Ashridge diploma from London. Julieta is committed to driving talent within companies and making the labor world more inclusive.  Today, she leads the equity initiative for Mexico entitled Women@Mercer.
