Asociación Mexicana en Dirección de Recursos Humanos, A.C. (hereinafter “AMEDIRH”), with address at Narciso Mendoza #9, Colonia Gral. At AMEDIRH we collect your personal data for the purposes mentioned in this Privacy Notice. In this regard, we inform you that your data will be processed and safeguarded based on the principles of lawfulness, quality, consent, information, purpose, loyalty, proportionality, and responsibility, as established in the Data Protection Law.

Personal Data: name, telephone number, email address, country, company where you work and position, tax data, and banking data.

We collect your personal data and sensitive personal data for the following purposes:

To register your participation in the International 20th World HR Congressto be held on September 23 and 24 of the current year.
If applicable, to carry out your invoicing process.
To grant you access to the conferences and exhibitors.
To verify your in-person access.
To promote and disseminate activities within the Congress through printed and electronic media.

Additionally, we will use your personal data for secondary purposes that allow us to provide you with better attention and service, which may include:

Commercial prospecting, event advertising; informational emails, quality surveys, and dissemination of the Congress through electronic and printed media.
Sending information from AMEDIRH.
